24/7 says he's better than Peter Parish and CB to LSU

I haven't seen any talk about him, is he coming to LSU?

Not a QB on next level, he decommitted from Kansas and his recruitment at QB has never really taken off. He's not really a 4-star prospect as a QB.

247 mods have seen him a few times, he's extremely sporadic in his accuracy throwing the ball, excellent athlete though

Depends if he wants to play QB or not. If he wants to play QB he will end up at Kansas. If he wants to play WR or CB/Safety he could be a project at a SEC school

Florida State is in danger of losing their 4* QB to UNC. If that happens, I've seen a few threads on their message board indicating Legendre might be a backup plan tomorrow if they lose the flip

The STM qb (Holstein) is a much better qb prospect IMO and I don't even think LSU is high on him either.

LSU should really take Legendre as an athlete

I would imagine LSU has interest from players who are at more positions of need than ATH

I'm not saying we take him over this guy, but I still just have no clue why they are signing T.K. McClendon tomorrow.

Because we need a Tight End that's ready to play next year. Only way I see us dropping McLendon is if Zipperer jumps on board. The offense this year wanted to run A LOT more zone read and TE passes, but with Moreau being the only real viable TE, they didn't want to risk injury to him and being stuck without any good options there. Same for running Joe when Myles shoulder was hurting.

I understand that it's a highlight video, but his hudl highlight tape looks good. He has nice touch on the deep ball and looks to have decent mechanics. IMO, he has higher upside than Parrish.

Excluding McClendon next year, have 6 TEs on the roster (Pettigrew, McMath, Moss, Scott, Moffitt, Sheffler...not even counting Parker), I mean how many do we need?

If they feel the need to sign McClendon to have a guy "ready to play" then they seriously screwed up recruiting the last few years taking Moss, Scott, Moffitt and Sheffler, NONE of which will be 1st year players next year.

We ran into unfortunate things this year with both Moss and Pettigrew injured, but I just dont see the need to sign a JUCO TE who literally did nothing at the JUCO level. He has like 5 catches in 2 years. Now we're going to have 7 TEs next year, 8 if you count Parker. That's mind boggling.

A few weeks ago there was rumblings both JUCO commits were told to look around, kind of sad Miller is the one we lost and looks like we're keeping McClendon.

Moffitt and Scheffer won't ever see the field IMO. They'd have to get much better in a hurry

It's not hindsight if he's saying it now.

I have no idea how he's highly rated. He looks like an above average HS quarterback but not FCS level

So basically by taking a JUCO who hasnt done really anything at the JUCO level they are admitting they massively screwed up recruiting the TE position.

Great, so glad we give out scholarships to coach's kids still.

Jesus @ 7-8 TEs on this roster next year, what a joke. Jimbo comes in to A&M and one his first recruits he gets is the best TE in the conference from JUCO. Meanwhile we're taking a kid literally no one else offered and has a few catches in 2 years. Gee I wonder what he'll be doing here

7-8 TE's on the roster, and the guys who can actually help in the passing game won't get much play.

Yea, I don't see how this kid will be anymore ready to play than Moss, Pettigrew, or McMath.
