Walk in freezer conversion ideas

Long story short I ended up in possession of two walk in freezers and rather than haul them to the dump I was going to try and make use of one of them.
I picked up a coal burning stove out of an old train car the other day for a sauna build. Now that I have the freezers I'm thinking the 9x7 freezer would make a perfect sauna
Has anyone ever built one? Im thinking simple cedar paneling on some 1x's for the inside and simple frame for the outside with some leftover wood siding.

Either make a smoke house or if you want a big walk in cooler, buy one of these:
