Regardless of whether you call that a wall or a fence, it is simply a replacement for a stucture that has been in place in that location for almost thirty years. RT

BTW: see that offset high section to the right behind fat broad. In less time that it takes to read this thread I'd be (doing a lay back - below) standing upright on top, step over and back to the ground. Hands might get a little dirty. Might not even break a sweat unless in a rush. (just one of many ways - others not climbing moves)

I readily acknowledge that it is taller and more beautiful than its predecessor .... and exceptionally luxurious.
Can you acknowledge that it does not extend any greater number of linear feet than its predecessor?
