Nope...every Christmas party I can remember ended up being a friggin disaster, so we quit having them several years back. We now have a nice lunch with no alcohol and then let everyone go home after lunch. It is not a long or formal affair and everyone leaves in a good mood.

Just about every year someone got canned for xmas party antics at a company I once worked for. One of the best was a gal introducing her boss to her boyfriend as "the HNIC".
