Thats why the DOJ, FBI,IRS will put on a show and nothing will happen.
It is simply not plausible that the DOJ (under Sessions?) could lose those documents. They may have just hoped it would disappear.

Yea, meadows seemed like he was trying to squash their investigative efforts more than anything else. He’s suppose to prod these guys for optimal information, not threaten to destroy them. Very disappointing

This really makes me wonder WTF Huber is doing.
The good news is that obviously it was the Clinton Foundation Documens that we saw in all the boxes being loaded on the planes.
The good news is that there is an ongoing criminal investigation going on.
The confusiong news is that for some reason Huber is either stalling the investigation or that he just isn’t respnding to these guys because he already has all the info and doesn’t need them
It really appears that the GOP wants a special council to be looking into this and not Huber and the DOJ.

This hearing only revealed what people already knew.
The problem is the people in power don’t care and 50% of the country doesn’t either.
Unless Trump truly steps up and shakes things up, nothing is going to happen.

If I’m understanding this correctly the documents that the DOJ lost are the same ones Meadows is requesting, correct? If so that’s 6,000 pages of documents.
