Pelosi made the insult during a closed meeting with Dums knowing that it was going to be released to the public and millions of Americans would hear it.

That's not the same as saying something on a bus or in a locker room to someone thinking it is in private and will not be released to the public.

It doesn't matter if Pelosi made the insult in a closed meeting with Dums. Since Pelosi knew the Dums were going to release the insult to the public, it's the same as making the insult in public.
