I know it's lightweight compared to Dark Side Of The Moon, The Wall, Wish You Were Here and even Rumours, but I vote for "Against The Wind" by Bob Seger.

Objectively in terms of songwriting it’s probably Enema of the State.
My personal favorite is a toss-up between Lit - A Place in the Sun and Len - You Can’t Stop the Bum Rush.
