Tuna, boiled eggs, some chopped onion, NO PICKLES, and some mayo, maybe a bit mustard. That is it. Same with chicken salad, just take out tuna and insert chicken.

I like nuts and fruit in my chicken salad.

I don’t eat tuna so I have no opinion there

Agreed. But the chopped onion must be chopped VERY fine, and not a lot. And I like a tiny bit of chopped celery, VERY FINE, to where you can't really tell it's in there.
