I would. for teams with the same record the only card the committee has to play is conference championship. Especially with heavy hitters like OU and OSU

I get it and i agree with your logic, but it's Bama.

What a pick!

And here we go with the SEC refs. That was OVER the dudes head. COME ON!

It really doesn't. You're basically saying that one technicality should trump season-long performance.

Alabama's only loss would be in the SECCG to a team who earned a spot in the playoffs. I hate Bama, but don't be ridiculous

Because they didn’t play anyone.

They can’t afford to lose, esoeicially by multiple scores,

All things equal a team winning their conference should get in over them.

I just don’t see a big win from them.

Refs can't stop that INT.

Then there is no reason to play them.

That strategy worked for Bama.

There is zero chance a 1 loss defending national champ is kept out.

Especially when that loss is to a top 5 team in the SECCG.

If they lose, Georgia, Clemson (if they win tonight), and Notre Dame is in without question, and I think Oklahoma gets in over them. At some point, conference champion has to matter.

Man I hope you’re right

Notre Dame is undefeated.

And they actually help my case in saying that we should just eliminate conference championship games then.

This has or should have zero bearing on it

How does Georgia match up so well with them along the offensive line and how do we get an O-line like that?

It's the exact opposite.
