I’m not 100% convinced they do this year.

If they lose, Georgia, Clemson (if they win tonight), and Notre Dame is in without question, and I think Oklahoma gets in over them. At some point, conference champion has to matter.

No way Bama doesn't get in. They will put them at 4 over UO.

Bottom line. Lsu plays scared. Georgia does not. You can see it in the play calling and the tightness in the players. Georgia is playing like it’s any other game while we treat it like it’s us trying to takedown Goalith.

They may, but they shouldn’t. Oklahoma’s only loss was a very close game to a team they just beat to win their conference championship.

sometimes players just don’t execute. also it helps to have an offense that can make your defense even better, which we clearly don’t have

The only thing Georgia’s doing that we didn’t is be aggressive on offense early. Bama doesn’t respect our Offense at all because we’re so predictable & it’s been the same thing for almost a decade. We don’t need Drew Brees to run pass plays & he shouldn’t need 5 seconds to throw the ball. It’s frustrating. I don’t think it’s the players but if it was one group that played scared it’s the OL.

Alabama's only loss would be in the SECCG to a team who earned a spot in the playoffs. I hate Bama, but don't be ridiculous

There it is. They know they can just rush to a spot.

Let’s hope UGA can continue to score and beat the ever living crap out of bama...then see how CFP plays out

I would. for teams with the same record the only card the committee has to play is conference championship. Especially with heavy hitters like OU and OSU.

But Oklahoma would be a conference champion. That HAS TO MATTER AT SOME POINT.
