1. If NASA announced today that they’d discovered live bacteria on Mars, would you consider that this proves there is life on Mars?

2. If you answered yes to question 1, please explain to me that how a single cell bacteria on Mars is considered to be a life while an unborn fetus (which is very much multi-cell and even has a heart beat) on Earth is not also alive.

I’ll wait.

Science is only a selective argument in "Climate Change". When talking Gender Identity or Pro Choice, you are just being a misogynistic pig if you bring up science

Why do abortion opponents repeatedly ask the same stupid-arsed questions, which intentionally attempt to misrepresent the views of abortion rights supporters regarding the status of a zygote/blastocyst/embryo/fetus?

Answer the question please? I’ll even simplify it for you.

Why do you consider a bacteria to be life but you don’t consider an unborn baby to be life?

It’s not a complicated question. Again, I’ll wait.

If pro life means protection for all life forms, including bacteria on Mars, this argument will end in about a week to ten days.

I'm pro life btw.

I dont I've ever heard one say a fetus isnt life. They say it isnt human life or parasitic life.

It has been answered on this forum 100 times, and you ignored the answer all 100 of them. Why would the 101st be any different?

Few abortion rights supporters say that a zygote/blastocyst/embryo/fetus (ZBEF) is not “life” in a biological sense. I certainly do not.

Enjoy your circle jerk.

A thing has one of two states of being: It is either alive or it is not.

Unless you believe in vampires, it is simply a fact.

A fetus is alive at every stage of growth.

The abortion debate will never be an honest one because regardless of ones' opinion, abortion is the ending of LIFE.

Now, I'm a Pro-Life Conservative, but if I were suddenly king of the world, I would not make all abortions illegal.

I would however most certainly make late-term abortions illegal.

My stance may not make sense, but as a human being, that's my right.

As is the case with every human on the planet, I'm hypocritical about some things.

Life =/= human being with the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

By your logic, would you say a sperm cell is alive? And before you spaz out and start discussing more criteria remember you didnt mention any of those criteria in your poorly thought out first post.

2 things (minimum) wrong with your "equivalence"

1) These bacteria are living independent of a "host" and fully formed / life sustaining

2) If they found a blob of fat cells, I'd say they found evidence of life - yet, I'd still be pro-liposuction choice. If they found an appendix, I'd say "life" has been proven - but, I'd allow medically necessary appendectomies.

I've said before that I am uncomfortably pro-choice. I just don't see how your scenario meets the concept discussed within my discomfort.

What I don’t get is why do you care?

I mean really, you gonna come take care of that baby?

I don't argue that an unborn fetus isn't alive.

The question is the cutoff between what's considered the mother's body and choices vs. an independent human being.

It's not an easy answer I know, but I think the mother should have some sort of choice to abort in the early stages.

That question could be asked of almost anything. Sick old people? You dont care about them unless you're willing to take them all in and care for them.

Waiting for "not in my planet".

Pro abortionists want control; which means that they have no self-control and want something or someone to blame for their mistaken behavioral choices, leading to their self proclaimed title of "pro-choice".
