Well, I will tell you this WVU fans hate him... say he takes too many stupid risks... But, WVU fans hate everyone... So....

I think the only reason he is there at WVU was because he coached QBs there previously for a short time (2011). He was brought in to run Holgersen's offense for him because he's familiar with it due to that previous experience.
His only other claim to fame was he was on Tulsa staff with Malzahn, as QC.
I have the feeling he's going to have a short stint this time and his comfort zone seems to be running other peoples inventions/systems for them.
If I wanted to go after a Tulsa staff alumnus it would be Herb Hand (currently at UTx). But I imagine his offense would look very much like Canada's.

Amazing how other football teams look on offense, last night OU or WV would have beaten LSU by 60 points, they even make bama look bad, why the in heck can LSU have coaching like that
