I vote no. The white flight has all but ensured that BR has been lost.

It's not white flight.

It's intellegent, hard working middle class flight. Plenty of blacks and Asians in that group as well.

Not in the foreseeable future. The white police officers were told they should seek employment elsewhere.

I’m curious if your statement about white officers is true. If it is, that is horrible! The city has already had many many productive citizens leave, but if what you say is true and becomes common knowledge, look for more businesses to leave as well.
BR is spiraling down regardless, but companies choosing to leave will accelerate that process. Sad sad times
