Official Narcos: Mexico Season 1 Thread

It’s really Narcos Season 4 but Netflix has separated it for some reason from the other seasons.
Definitely starting out on a high note with the first episode. I’m loving how it’s throwing in more real footage from the story like Real Season 1 did.

Just finished it. I thought it was the best Narcos season yet. I figure we'll hear this week how the nation of Mexico is offended. The level of corruption there is unmatched.

Well its funny because any time they mentioned mexico in seasons 1-3, they basically shite talked them as some fly by night weed smugglers that noone really gave a shite about
I dont think the mexican cartels really came into the light until the Colombian cartels were smashed to pieces and El Chapo took over
They definitely make it a point to let you know who Chapo is, so i think thats where the series will eventually lead

Just finished the season. Wow. I’m pumped for season 5. Maybe it’s just me, but the amount of corruption shown in this season makes the Colombians look more ethical.
