Caught it earlier. Lots of plot development. Was interesting seeing more of the different parts of the Wizarding World.
Oh yeah and that twist.....

Just got out...liked it better than the first one. Still want a niffler

Just got out. I enjoyed it quite a bit and oddly enough really liked Johnny Depp as Grindelwald. I wasn’t expecting that.
The end revelation was a bit of a retcon from what we know in the books, but I’m not totally buying it yet.

I'm not sure about that either and I also really like Depp as Grindewald.
Also, I think it was only said once but was the Asian girls name Nagini? If so that is a big departure from the Potter books.

I have no desire to see this. The last one was thoroughly underwhelming and unimaginative. It seems to have been shot out in one draft and approved by a hack producer. Granted this is par for the course for Warner Bros these days, but you’d think they’d put some effort forward in hopes this could last. Apparently this one is even worse, so no thanks. I’m not going to be rewarding them with my cash for spineless hackery.

So you’re shitting on a movie you haven’t seen? Impressive.

He melted about The Grinch. He's an ignorant fool.

Saw it last night. My wife and I both fell asleep watching it.

Things I’m thankful for this thanksgiving:
Not having the mindset of a bitter wannabe internet movie critic every time I hear about a movie. What a miserable way to go through your film viewing life.

If you dont see it, then how will you be able to re-write the entire script and devise a new plot, so you can post it here and brag on your cinematic visionary prowess?

The first one was boring but I do want to see them go back to Hogwarts
Reviews have been bad but maybe word of mouth will be different

I've read the reviews and I know what happens. I'm not letting JK frick with me again after the Cursed Child. I want to know how bad something in this universe is before I spend my money on it, spoilers be damned.
That being said, critics definitely disliked it. Sounds like the twists and turns throughout make little sense and are uninteresting with uninteresting new characters. I liked the first one, but JK has to offer better stories than things that barely pass as fan fiction. I'll likely wait for this on HBO.

The dialogue for Nicolas Flemel was terrible when he was talking to the picture. The picture talked like she was a young person from 2018. It felt so out of place.
I enjoyed it mostly but I thought you could tell that they were sort of just filling in what people wanted to see.

This. Most of what happens doesn't feel like what should have happened or what the characters (as we know them) would actually have done. You could tell the writers were shoehorning their actions in there and not setting them up appropriately.
