Actually, that cloudiness is why our winter days are generally 50 degrees instead of 10 degrees.

If you want clear days during the winter, move out west.

Sky is blue here, but the wind is blowing 10-20mph, and it's 53. 90% chance of rain Monday, and then it's gonna be in the 30s and 40s and overcast. Winter fricking sucks

If you want to move north and be trapped in your house with snow, be my guest. frick having to shovel snow to get your car out so you can go to work.

Hire a plow guy, or buy a snow blower.
