Same. If it is raining so hard that I am well below speed limit, like going 20-30 on the interstate because I can't see 10 feet in front of me otherwise, flashers are on. That is a legitimate time to use them IMO.


If it is just a hard rain, but I can still pretty much drive the speed limit or close to it, no reason to have them on.

Turning on your fricking lights and getting out of the left lane is the best thing to do. I don’t understand why people REFUSE to turn on their headlights but will ride with their emergency flashers on.
