Had an azzhole on the ship channel sat morning with a 4' like that on his top drive boat. Guess his gps wasn't enough to tell him he was headed south.

yeah, you gotta flip it on in the marsh, not the major arteries.

Running at night without a light is dumb and dangerous. Floatsam, logs, etc. in small boats can spell incredible danger. Not to mention places like a marsh can change rapidly seasonally and with the tide, channels move.

Given that you certainly don’t need a 1 mil candlepower, but I’ve tried to find smaller 12 volt plug in Qbeams before without much luck.

As said above for just a 30 minute or less trip one way I’d think one of the newer rechargeable battery operated lights would be perfect.

I carry a q beam . You hit that fricker in the face with 1mil candle power he will shut that light bar off quick.. I hate dumb frickers that run in open water with a light bar.
