Stopped reading here. Sounds like the state of Alabama has issues with their state laws. The supreme Court isn't going to overturn a ruling because some states have homicide laws inconsistent with it.

That's easy. Not all homicides are illegal. It's perfectly reasonable to say "yes of course a fetus is a baby and thus a human with rights" while at the same time saying "abortion is just one of many instances in which homicide isn't illegal"
The problem for liberals is that they NEVER argue from a point of facts and logic, instead preferring emotion so now they would have to change 40 years of argument to make that logical argument.
Of course if they now do change their argument from "a fetus isn't a baby" to what I described above, they have no fricking principles so they won't feel any shame in the blatant hypocrisy.

Except that it doesn't fall under any of the circumstances in which homicide is legal.

I am waiting on the Conservatives to tell everyone how we plan to pay for all the new Democrat babies being born that would otherwise be killed.
We will most likely have more crime, more people dependent on the government, worse public schools (yes that is possible) and on and on.

Why on God's green Earth do supposed conservatives continuously argue that it should be illegal for stupid liberals to kill their stupid fetuses which will almost assuredly turn into stupid adults?
If anything, we should be requiring liberals to get abortions.
