Explain. These levees have changed the water levels in the marsh significantly. I'm all for protecting the people in Houma but what about the ecosystem?
Also, please explain why there was ever any need to even consider closing the bubba dove yesterday. I'm not trying to get in a pissing match. Just reporting what I see on the ground (water)
