Burrow was off and he admitted it himself.

I don't blame E for being conservative. Burrow was pretty terrible, especially in the first half. The game plan worked. Miss St. defense is pretty legit too.

They made adjustments. We had a little over 70 yds the 1st half and around 190 the 2nd. Some execution mistakes are keeping us from finishing drives and maybe they get that cleaned up in the off week. Getting the OL set and healthy will go a long way.

i didn’t read entire thread, so apologies if it’s already been said.

it looked like we decided not to push the issue. The weather wasn’t great for a good stretch of the game. And it became apparent pretty early tha State wasn’t going to score much (if at all).

so the game plan just became move the sticks a little, eat up clock and let Tracy kick. He’s not going to miss.

was it exciting or pretty? no, not at all.

was it a solid strategy for securing victory? absolutely.

O looked like he was going to take Burrow's head off after another stalled drive and crappy passes b4 half time. Looked like he yelled "get it fn going" in his face coming off the field.
