Twitter's banning of NPC joke accounts

The rationale is that NPC accounts serve as a form of voter suppression, mainly in that some have been caught referring to the incorrect date in tweets related to the mid-term elections.
These are highly suggestive actions imo, very similar to the left's posturing on voter identification requirements.
It's subtle, but it's pure racism.
