How do the other P5 conference Tv schedules work for football?

I know in the SEC it's essentially, CBS gets first pick, then ESPN rounds out the schedule. In certain weeks that are predetermined CBS double headers CBS still gets first picked but then ESPN gets 2 and 3 and then CBS gets the 4th pick for their non primetime game. I'm just curious how the Pac/Big 12/Big 10/ACC schedules work sharing with Fox, ABC, and ESPN. The SEC sort of operates on its own being CBS' only client and is relatively straightforward.

ACC:
Is your team Georgia Tech? If yes, you get a noon or 12:30 tv slot.
Is your team Clemson? If yes, you play at 8 PM.

BIG10 Network usually gets the garbage games, but occasionally gets some pretty good ones.
Ex: Last week had the MSU upset over PSU, but also got Rutgers vs. MD
Otherwise it seems to be a crapshoot of what network gets what game

You poor people who have to deal with conference TV contracts. Should go independent and get every game on a nationally broadcast channel every week.

Networks bid on their picking slots and essentially have a draft in the spring/summer for games they want.
