Xbox 360 recommendation for 8 yr old...

Not a gamer st all , so I’m here for help.
Have an 8 yr old son who wants a GTA type game- he calls it a “life” game. Don’t want him exposed to drugs, hookers, and anymore cuss words than his dad says.... so GTA is out.
Something he can progress, acquire different things, etc.
Any help guys? Thanks in advance

Back in my day, we had Lego Island
The closest thing I can think of that isn't too mature for kids is Batman Arkham City, and that isn't very GTA-like other than being able to explore a big city.
