Definitely agree with this. Ron and Nancy are great and very easy to work with.

Can you provide some details? What is your budget? Do you own the land?

What type of house are you building?Size?Location?etc.

In addition to Ron Lee, Id say Premier, Hurley, Cornerstone, etc. etc.

There are quite a few good builders on the northshore.

Thanks to all who responded. A few details: Mandeville or Covington; yes, we will already own the land; want a single story; hoping to keep construction costs at 450k or lower. Thanks again

Mike Martin is a man of great integrity and will go the extra mile and then some to meet and exceed his customer’s expectations.

Very interesting. My wife and I looked at a high end spec house they had built and we thought it was well done even though the floor plan was not for us. Care to share any details?

We looked at a Integrity built house in Bedico Creek on the parade this year that seemed very nice. Ron Lee built our house 14 years ago and it has been solid. Looked at a house recently by J Hand that was nice. I think a day of reckoning is coming soon for many of these guys as I don't think the market can support all of these NS builders, especially all the high end ones.

Lacombe is the next stop. Nothing but green space between abita/mandeville and slidell. Already, a big development planned at the 434 exit behind the technical college. You can see the cuts for the streets on google maps.

That development is called Tammanend. That area on 434 is going to blow up the next few years unfortunately .
