I'm getting ready to replace my long term plumber. He has been awesome, but lately unreliable.
Who would you recommend?

How often do you use a plumber?

Seriously, you can't go wrong with roto rooter. Most of your licenced plumbers are out doing bigger jobs.. New construction jobs, etc. With Roto Rooter, you know you are not getting fricked around because the plumbers work for the company.. And not themselves so they are not just trying to do hurry up jobs.
You can go online, schedule an appointment, whatever time frame you pick, when the plumber is on their way, they will give you a call and I have never had a problem with them. I even got them to do a relatively big job. They removed a porcelain tub and installed a new tub..

I don't have a recommendation, but I have a rule.
If you're a plumber, don't bite your fingernails.

True, but they show up 7 days a week. I use them as my emergency plumbers.

AM/PM Plumbing
Ronnie Frisby Plumbing
My experience has been that you might not always get the best guy(s) coming out to see you. Every now and then it's a newb or two.

Anyone else use Ronnie Frisby's?

I'd recommend Ace. Our dog bit their plumber and he acted like it was no big deal. Felt terrible about it. Luckily he was a cool dude.
