Sexercise for couples

The idea is for the guy to try to force himself on her without causing any defensive wounds, and she has to try to keep sex from happening. The pre-sex wrestling will likely exhaust both and be like a work out. It all depends on how good she is at avoidance, squirming away, moving hips, and pushing him away.
If a girl's technique is too good and he can't seem to beat her defenses, then he has to concede defeat and go down on her.
I think the experience will also help people better understand how easy/difficult it would be to be forced into sex and help the girl in the relationship develope her defenses against an unwanted advance.
If you can get past the roleplay scenerio it's really all win. Workout, sex, and gaining experience in how to defend herself.
Discuss it with your SO and provide feedback. How long did it take from fully clothed to insertion?
ETA: remember guys, you cant leave mark or you lose. Like an egg toss if you will.

At work we do fire drills, active shooter simulation, Shelter in place, etc...it's all in the name of being prepared

At range, but what about that "just a friend" guy who has the element of surprise?
