You either have to fire her or give an extension if the buy out doesn’t change and the base salary doesn’t go up then it doesn’t really matter.
The solution to stop mediocrity is to fire her. Not extending will probably just make things worse.

She literally has lost almost all the boosters too, they all hate her.
Even if she lets say pulls a top 5 class this season, she never puts consecutive classes together, we move back to square one. Its a joke that this is even being brought up.
