You’re right. There is an extremely lesser burden of proof that also was not met.

But you were trying to prove a crime had been committed. Distinction without a difference

PoliBoard lawyers help me out, but this would hardly approach the "preponderance of evidence" threshold that would be required in civil law as well.

In other words, it's a total joke and an attempt to railroad an innocent man just because he happens to have a different political persuasion than you. One that you claim doesn't give a frick about any of us because he is for deregulation. A kafkaesque character assassination exacted on a man and his family due to your side's selfish, petulant hysteria.

You forgot to include that she did not believe it met preponderance of evidence standards for even a civil case. its even weaker than a "he said, she said" case...

So if a prosecutor brought charges, it would mean something for a prosecutor to not bring charges?

Look, we admit that No one in a million years would bring charges or convict this man based on what we see here, but we aren't trying to convict him, we are just trying to ruin his life without cause, so you should ignore all of the facts presented and just let us destroy this man because we don't agree with his stances on protecting unborn children and the constitution.
