Anyone ever date a woman 5-10 years older than you?

I just started dating a woman 10 years older than me, I"m in mid 30s and she in mid 40s. What are the pros and cons of it?
So far a big positive is that she has a good job and makes good money, etc. Its a nice change from most the women my age or younger (especially) who usually expect me to have an endless bank account (sorry not OT rich). And she seems more eager to please as well.

She was 7 years older than me. She was a real looker but the definition of bat Schitt crazy. Two divorces and a bankruptcy at the cool age 34. It was fun for about 2 weeks.

Oldest for me I was 25 she was 30.
