If I were a Senator, and based on everything I heard today, I would vote to confirm. Burden of proof lies with the accuser and while it’s very likely she’s telling the truth, she has provided no hard evidence this incident occurred and therefore legally speaking it can’t be held against him.

i'd vote yes just because it was 35 years ago. whether it happened or not. he was a kid then.. there's no real reason to vote against him now. for all practical purposes he is a different guy.

Have you been paying attention?
Ford said five people at the house where the alleged incident occurred. Everybody there, including Ford's long time friend Leland Keyser denied the incident, denied the party took place, and Keyser even denied she knew who Kavanaugh was.
The one person(Keyser)who should have been on her side who could have corroborated her story DIDN'T DO IT.
Bi*tch is lying or she is a fricking head case...it is one of those two. Have your choice.
She ain't telling the truth.

You know how I know she is lying?
She testified that the reason she came forward when she did was so that Trump could select a different nominee from the short list.
The list of Nominees that Trump said he would select from is 3 years old.
She came forward in July 2018.

On what planet. There are more holes in her story than the titanic.
