either 20s or 40s
20s you probably have more freedom, more relationships, more flexibility, healthier, more energy, etc, but you have less money
40s you should be settled in nicely and found your niche in life by then, kids are older, which should give you more free time and flexibility, further in your career which means you should have more money
30s are probably the hardest for a lot of people considering you are probably raising young children, trying to advance in your career and accepting your not in your 20s anymore and starting to feel the effects of aging....I'm 34

I somewhat agree. I’m 49. The 40s are great. I don’t see anything but up in quality for my 50s. But we are one shitty Drs visit from it going to hell in a hand basket
