Most people on this board won’t know because of their age.
Years ago news and sports broadcasts were very stiff and straight forward.
Hap has a lot to do with introducing the banter and conversations between TV news shows.

Before the season started, sports media in Dallas with knowledge of UNT said that this might be the school’s best team ever. UNT is living up to the expectations. Im not saying that they belong in the college playoff, but they are a better team than most realize.
