Same story. Accusations from decades ago, guy has no ongoing history of this. The only difference being that in Roy Moore's case, the accuser fabricated evidence.

But this appears to be the new strategy for the left. They used it against Clarence Thomas, Roy Moore, and now Kavanaugh.

It’s a fricking disgrace what they are doing. I am shocked (not really) anyone can see this stuff and support the left

The left is a charade of a party full of low life's and losers. They have zero substance and are wholly ruled by emotion. They are deceitful, classless and evil. What else is there to say?

The importance of this story is not what it tells us about progfilth. We already know that they are all about lying, cheating, and stealing their way to political power. What is important about this is what it tells us about the GOP. The same establishment rats like Ryan and Romney who would not defend Roy Moore in an identical situation and in fact threw him under the bus are circling the wagons for a Bush associate.

I actually find this story to be nearly identical to the fabrication they tried to pin on Romney.

Remember ? He and a classmate gave some kid a haircut he did not want? Only a couple of facts are changed but its still the same story.

It is vile and horrific what they are trying to do to that man. And his family.

I will Repeat. Diane Feinstein needs to be brought up on ethics charges and expelled from the Senate for this stunt.

I'm tempted to run for office just to see if I raped any women 50 years ago. Hey, sometimes your memory can get fuzzy about those things.

If they were smart they would not try to impeach Trump.

Trump is in the middle of the scale between a conservative and liberal.

Pence is a strong conservative and I think would not be patient with all the games they are playing.

It was clearly an orchestrated hit on Roy Moore. The reason it worked against him was

A. He was very unpopular even before the hit piece

B. Both Republicans and Democrats wanted him gone, so nobody defended him from it.

Moore is a gigantic jackass in a lot of ways but the whole thing against him was an obvious charade.

The responses in this thread are humerous.

Is the letter fake? If it is, that's one thing. If it's not, what would y'all have Feinstein do with the letter?

What woul McConnell do if he got a letter like that in the same circumstances?

I looked on Twitter about this and the responses are about what you'd expect.

About 80% stomping all over Kavanaugh being a rapist and he should not be confirmed. The 20% coming in saying that the report comes from an anonymous source about an unknown person, and should also be considered a questionable source at best. So the 80% jumps all over the 20% calling them sexist for not playing the game. I don't know, I'd say the other 80% are just stupid. If I'm wrong I'll be the a-hole, but I'd rather be an a-hole than be stupid.

I am calling on Senate Republicans to delay next week’s Judiciary Committee vote on the Supreme Court nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh.

Dickie Durbin

Durbin Tweet

I would like to call on Senate Republicans to add Durbin to the list of Democrats expelled from the Senate for defaming a good man with impunity. Seriously. This is atrocious what they are doing to Brett Kavanaugh

Posters on this board begged people from the State of Alabama to not allow this strategy to beat Roy Moore. It wasn't about Moore winning or supporting him. It was to not allow this tactic to win because the Dems would run it over and over.

FFS they just tried the same type of shite with Jim Jordan. Thankfully it didn't work with him.

Why didn’t the GOP go all in and attack the rug munchers Kagen and Sotomayor?
