As some like to post about LSU, Maryland is 2-0. What more can Maryland ask of coach Canada.
Your analysis failed to include the pretty significant off the field distractions going on at Maryland and the sizeable talent difference between them and LSU.
Has LSU football really gotten to the point where we need to compare ourselves to Maryland as opposed to Bama, Auburn, Texas A&M, or Georgia to find positives?

Canada's offense was pre-snap motions to nowhere... basically, it was still sweeps to the outside, off tackle dives and fade throws to WR.....

Cananda is faaaar superior then E. Hell I would rather him as a HC over Coach O by a mile. Do you think anyone else would hire E or even consider him to be their OC other then LSU?

Yep. And maybe Maryland was better last year. Who knows. Minger and Coach O are running the show this season. I support them.

Considering offense only, what Canada did vs. Bama in 2017 gave us our best chance to beat them in years. Well devised plan, POOR execution by Etling (and Chark to a lesser degree).
