Not the best but soft spot for Labrandon Toefield. 10 year old for the 2000 season when I really became a die hard and Big Toe was my hero.

Joe Labruzzo is typically not included on these list, possibly due to his era.
He was electric. When he walked onto the field for a punt return the entire stadium stood up, even the visiting fans. The early 60's was a different era of football emphasizing different aspects of the game. The Arkansas(#2) Cotton Bowl comes to mind as a key performance.
