Ok ready for the downvotes
I have walked by countless times as the were working on this and closing the street and putting stuff up with heavy equipment
Saw it last week and thought no way are they done!!!
Looks like something you would build out by the pond on weekends off
Sorry that rooftop looks totally out of place on the street with other buildings
Chimes is first class organization and owns half the buildings/lots on the street
I expected more

All that exposed wood is going to be a rotten mess in no time.

I get where this post is coming from.. and agree. The railing doesn’t look substantial or safe at all. Like something we’d build for a Phi Mu Exchange. One brawl will have have half the occupants on the rooftop falling headfirst onto the sidewalk.
