California (San Francisco/Napa Valley): Spring Break

Hey guys, my wife and I are planning a trip to San Francisco/Napa Valley during Spring Break of 2019. We we will be in California from March 9th-16th.
A rough outline of our trip as it stands is to fly into SF International Airport, rent a car, and get an AirBNB on the outskirts of Sonoma County on the 9th and 10th. In Sonoma, we want to do a half-day wine tour (all-inclusive pricing if possible). On the 11th, we plan to drive to Occidental to zip line in the Redwoods(Sonoma Canopy Tours). From Occidental, we have discussed driving down the Pacific Coast Highway to Inverness and hanging out at the Point Reyes National Seashore for the remainder of the afternoon of the 11th. We are planning on staying in the Inverness area the night of the 11th before going to San Francisco the next day.
Will will be in San Francisco for the remainder of the trip, we are planning on doing the Alcatraz night tour, as well as biking across the Golden Gate bridge. These are the only two "must-do's" that we have planned from San Francisco.
To summarize: we will be in the San Francisco/Napa Valley area for seven nights. We plan on spending three nights outside of San Francisco and four nights in San Francisco.
Our question(s) include:
if this were your trip, would you spend more time outside of SF(4 nights instead of 3)?
Are we missing any small towns/activities outside SF?
What else should we do within the city that we haven't mentioned?
All-inclusive winery suggestions with good experience and good wine?
Any "off the beaten path" locations, or experiences, that we should look into?

for me personally, 3 nights in napa was plenty. I'd definitely add Chinatown to your list of things to see and plan a lunch or dinner there. Muir woods would be a great place to visit as well.
Schramsberg was probably my favorite winery to tour.

Personally, 4 days is more than enough in San Fran. I was there 4 days this summer while my friends were taking flights back to the east coast and I’ll never spend that much time in the Bay Area again. Spend more time along the coast and by the Redwoods, even a trip down south to Monterey & Big Sur or a trip into the Sierra Nevada would be a better way to spend your days.

The canopy tour is cool but its gonna take a chunk of time out of your day. There are better options than ziplining thru redwoods.

Don’t waste time looking for an “all inclusive” winery. I was just in Napa and enjoyed the small tastings and bartenders much more than the big tours, etc. The tasting bartenders are knowledgeable and the more you talk and are interested the more likely they are to show you around the wineries.
Chimney Rock Winery was our absolute favorite. The best wine we had on our whole trip! Walk in and split a $50 tasting. Domaine Carneros Winery has a sparkling wine flight that I reccomend and the view is great! It’s hard to go wrong in Napa with all the different places, just don’t waste your time on the big touristy places.

Also if you haven’t already bought plane tickets, consider flying into Oakland. Much less traffic and hassle.

Thank you to everyone who has responded so far! All suggestions and comments are very much appreciated.
Specch:
Duly noted on Schramsberg. My wife is the wine expert and she's going to check it out tonight.
Pearly:
We'd originally planned on staying in San Fran for four days, but the more we look at the more staying an extra day outside of San Fran sounds.
I would love to make a trip to Big Sur, but we'll probably stay North of San Fran in Napa and along the coast.
Don:
I'm not a big zip-liner and see your point, but its a "must-do" for my wife.
Kissed:
Duly noted on the two winery suggestions!
We have not bought plane tickets yet and have been monitoring San Francisco and Oakland. We're looking for the best deal, but if they are close we'll likely go with Oakland.

Search SF and Napa. We have had a few threads lately. My wife and I just did 4 days in Wine Country and SFO. I put a break down of what we did, and how we would do it in the future.

Not against it if it’s cheaper than SF or Oakland!

Those goofy little orange cars with gps tour are fun as hell! I think they're called GoCars.
Muir Woods is amazing. Although plan ahead for that. I've heard that they recently changed their policies and made it more difficult to visit.
Check out Clemente's Italian take out in Napa. They have delicious Italian food, and the place has a cool story.

BART is your friend even if you rented a car. Traffic can take hours out of your day depending on how you plan it.

Clemente’s is duly noted. Haha the GoCars look fun. We plan on doing some type of tour of SF while we’re there.
I know we’ll use the BART to/from the airport and don’t have any plans to have a car when we’re in SF
