Yes. HPV. There's a lot to it. Most HPV is harmless to men, but there are certain strains that can greatly increase chances of throat cancer in men.

There are HPV vaccines now though which seem to eliminate a lot of risks.

In Michael Douglass's case I think its still disputed how he actually got it. He mentioned it was oral sex once, but I think he backtracked a little on that.
