Handoffs, draw plays, and quick outs. That's been the FAU offense so far

He could still win the second half, moral victories right?

He failed at USC clown. Just because he's winning at a small school by no means makes his resume good.

He did not have a losing season at USC. You can say he failed that’s fine, he was fired but you are comparing it to a guy that was 10-25.

By so far do you mean that’s all he ran last year or are you really judging it based on 1 quarter of a game his team is clearly outclassed?

He may "upset" OU if the Sooners don't put up 50 by halftime

Care to point what on Os resume is better? He salvaged the season after Kiffin was fired? Beyond that please explain

What’s truly mind boggling is anyone saying they don’t what a coach because of 1 game. There are plenty of arguments to be made against LK as a head coach at a big program but get drilled by a much better team is not one.

The “man crush” and declaring him the next LSU coach is overboard for sure. I agree with the poster that said he lacks the maturity and that may always be the case. I’d like to see more that a couple good years in CUSA. But if you truly can’t look at his entire resume and see why some might be (over) excited I think you’re being willfully ignorant. I think it’s pretty much established that O wanted him as OC and even pitched that in his push for the HC position

That’s fair though your perception of his career is not entirely accurate. I’m much more concerned about his maturity level. There should be plenty of other good candidates

All of this is a moot point anyway because Aranda is basically the Head Coach in waiting right now

Lane Kiffen as a OC is pretty good, but as a HC, brah, the guy leaves a lot to be desired.

It might not look like it now but I think they both lose today before it's said and done.
And Herman had big expectations, #23. What up Herm?

Spoiler: OU is running its third team currently. Maybe FAU can score a few points now.
