Does anyone genuinely believe that Les Miles should still be our head coach?

Let me be clear, I do think Ed O is the answer. For the love of God a change was needed.

If you really think we should still have Les as our Head Coach, please check in here and reveal yourself.

If the fans are setting the bar at 8 wins, then yes we should have kept Miles.

I do not think he should be the Head Coach.

With that said, if we had a time machine and some how knew Alleva would frick this shite up and land O, I'd prefer to keep Miles.

Our options were keeping Miles or getting O.

I’m keeping Les 11/10 times in that scenario.

What about Charlie Mac since you’re living in yesterday?
Move on man. What’s done is done.

I feel like if Les got the second chance, he'd go for a change in the way he runs the team. He wouldn't ruin a second chance, I don't think atleast.

The timing of removing Miles was the mistake.

The man did enough for the program to do it at the end of a season, whether that was 2015 or 2016.

The interim HC thing is hard to get a good HC out of, especially when that guy had his sights set on being the interim HC when coming here.

I still think we win 10 games this year.

Wrong, fans would be setting the bar at 8 wins if we still had Les. The bar is set at 8 wins because of strength of schedule and offensive unknowns.

Would you feel better with Les trying to run his offense with the players we have now?

If I knew Orgeron had any real shot of being HC, I would've said no way we let go of Les. I never thought Alleva would actually hire O.

So you can count me in. Yeah I would rather the guy that brought us a NC, played in another and averaged 10 wins a year over O.

HELL NO !!! Those days of having an offense ranked 106th in the nation in passing,74th in punting,82nd in kick off returns,106th in penalties, 63rd in 3rd down conversions,66th in first downs AND still win 8-10 games a year or over.

Nobody is setting the bar at 8. Most rational people see the offense is going through a long overdue needed major rebuild.

Where are you seeing all these people saying we shouldn't have fired him? I think that was about as unified as I've ever seen the rant, in agreeing Les should go.

He would not have been fired had he been allowed to finish 2016. Alleva would not have had the cajones to fire someone that finished with 10 wins.

He saw the schedule easing up and knew that Les could very well go on a big win streak and win support back, so that's why he fired him when he did.

He got a second chance after the A&M games when all of our "fans" cried about the idea of him getting let go. He didnt change and it was time to move on
