I did read op. Misread Saturday for Sunday... excuse my mistake baw.

And triggered nah. Lol.

Just think it's weird for someone to ask where to watch college football in a huge city like Dallas inside a massive state like Texas that worships ALL football lol... that's all.

Maybe he’s looking for a good atmosphere with other LSU fans. Not just a place with TVs.

He figured an LSU board was a good place to start.

Nodding Donkey in Uptown. I've spent many a Saturday and too much $ there. Pro tip - start with beer of your choice then switch to the PBR tall boy for the best bang for your buck. It's open air so prepare to be warm. Tables will be hard to get but the atmosphere is great. Hodgepodge of many different fan bases.

Dodies Reef on Lower Greenville. They host both the LSU alum and UT alum watch parties. Poboys are pretty good. Wife loves the blackened shrimp quesadilla.

Stans Blue Note is across the street from Dodies and a good fall back option in case you can't get a table.

Also why aren't folks correcting the other posters that thought he said Sunday as well?? Go to a sports bar.

They'll have all games on Saturday

I'll edit this list as I think of some, but places that will for sure have multiple games with sound on include:
- Henderson Tap House
- Skellig (next to Henderson Tap House)
- Nodding Donkey
- Christie's
- Eastwoods
- Frankie's downtown
- Katy Trail Ice House (prob packed and no sound)
- Backyard is awesome and has two jumbotrons in it with multiple other tv's but likely no sound. A great spot to day drink and usually has a ton of good looking women in there. Con is that it will be extremely hot.
- Happiest Hour

One issue is that Dallas is such a transit city that most bars will be independent watch bars for certain teams. Just a heads up, the Alabama watch bar is City Council Uptown on Allen Street.

Blackened shrimp quesadillas sounds like the ultimate day drinking food! Might have to try those one day!

Today they are, I agree.

Was coming to apologize to OP and everyone else.. my daughter is coughing up blood and no one here at the hospital can give me any answers for the past 4 hours. So for real, I apologize for the shite responses..

Got on here to pass some time and it made it worse..

Sincerely apologize to OP. Others that listened to my pissed off ramblings.

Edit. OP, Dallas is very fun! Hope u have a great weekend!

Majority of Katy Trail Ice House is outside with very little TVs. Fun place to go but I wouldn't recommend for catching games.

My group will most likely be hopping around throughout the day/night.

We should do a check in thread Saturday saying where the good spots are.

You think it’s weird for an LSU fan traveling to an away game to engage a message board of like fans many of whom are also traveling as to where a fun place to watch college football is. I will surely be asking my bellhop where is a great place to watch football with LSU fans. I’m sure they will be very knowledgeable.

It’s much weirder for a person to find a message board meant for information sharing and complain that people are trying to share information.

Hope your daughter gets better. Geaux Tigers.

I was hoping to find the best place to watch games near down town ft. worth as that is where we are staying. I've found numerous bars just not sure which are the best.

I agree i'm not a fan of katy ice house for the games even though i live a block away. Backyard/Bottle..younger crowd. Eastwood somewhat of a clemson bar...city council alabama....clutch a&m....Ferris wheelers arkansas.henderson tap house somewhat of a OU bar.....Dodies/humperdinks lsu.

Arlington...def check out texas live...cant go wrong with that...has about 8 big bars all in one vacinity.

If you're between the ages of like 25-35 I would suggest Katy Trail Ice House, Skellig, or Henderson Tap House
