The moneyline doesn't usually come out until 24 hours before kickoff. Where are these lines coming from? Private books?

5dimes puts out their ML for all games on Mon/Tues each week.
Week1 ML have been out for most games since last week
You must use Bovada? Yeah, they suck at putting out ML, or at least they used to before I moved to 5dimes
