just realized we play 4 top 20 teams before Nov. 3 (bama). They play 0.

how do they get away with this shite schedule every god damn year, i cannot remember the last time they played as many ranked teams as we did, its never even close. and I assume Florida will be ranked by the time we play them, so if Clanga stays it'll be 5 top 20 for us and 0 for bama.
they lead into us with Lafayette, Ark, Mizzou, and Tenn.
we lead into them with Ole Miss, @Florida, UGA, and Miss State.
they essentially have 5 weeks of rest, whereas we have 2 definite killers and maybe 3.
what the frick.

And there's a good chance UForfeit and Aggy are ranked by the time we get to them too. This schedule is brutal.

I don't mind it. This just gives LSU a better opportunity to win its way into the playoffs. I would love it if LSU beat #1 Bama, and then Bama went on to struggle the rest of the way.

The hardest regular season LSU has ever played ended up being the best regular season LSU ever played. We shouldn't bitch about the schedule.

It’s the toughest schedule LSU has had in a while. We would be projected 9-10 wins in Vegas with Bama’s schedule instead of 7.5. Never know how good teams are gonna be when you schedule them a few years ahead though.

Exactly. Tired of these whiners butt hurt about scheduling. Winning programs don’t give a shite about the schedule. They take care of business.

Typically, they are pretty reliable for the top 8 teams, but the rest of the top 25 is mostly a crapshoot. The fact that some of the voters factor in a team's schedule in a preseason poll is just plain moronic.

I think it's better that we face all of our ranked teams first. Like an earlier poster said, we'll be battle tough.
bammer has more to lose playing Auburn at the end. A few games on there could ruin their chance for a playoff nod.

1-1 vs us got them a title.
we played 5 teams ranked in the final top 20, 3 vs the final top 5, only 1 was at home, and went 4-1.
1-1 vs them didnt get us shite.
this year we could drop 2 vs a very good UGA or Fla or Aub or Miami team, then beat bama, and still be ranked behind them.
we should absolutely 100 percent bitch about the schedule.

Didn’t see you bitching last year preseason when they had the #3 team (FSU) scheduled? I don’t see why it matters who they play when they dominate us every year?

it doesn't matter. both of us have a bye before the game so everything before that isn't an excuse barring a season injury or two *knocks on wood*
