I wouldn't forget about #25 either. He will have his roll in this offense and might be our home run threat or at the very least a great change of pace. I think he's a much tougher runner than he's given credit for. The kid has great vision too. I wouldn't RS any of them. Use them all in this offense as another weapon.

I see them as Chuck Muncie and Tony Galbreath type backs.

I see Curry being a Kenny Hilliard type back based on his size and running style.

If Clyde could even be close to boston Scott for New Orleans we'll be set

Message Thunder & Lightning at RB by Westbank Hank CEH will be hard to get a hand on as a defender. His low center of gravity should also help him bounce off tacklers and spin out of alot of tackles.
his kick returns last year left alot to be desired

Hilliard was a bigger back, had 15-20 lbs on Curry. Curry can mix some shiftiness to go with his power. Runs more violent than Hilliard.
Here's a good read with videos on Curry: Menacing Back Can Explode

Hoping Chris Curry can be a Jeremy Hill type back for us.
Jesus dude Chris Curry is not Jeremy Hill. Not the same size or body type. He’s barely 200 lbs. Hill was a big back and was an impact player the second he was on campus. There is some serious fricking delusion going on regarding our running backs. We do not have a difference maker at the running back position. Down vote me now but by the end of the season people will be making threads about how we need a first string sec back. We simply don’t have one. We just had 2 generational backs that were at least 225. What we have currently is not just a notch below but a few. They are complimentary backs. Anyone that thinks that all we won’t need to win a couple games running the ball in this division is brain dead.

I dont believe Curry has that kind of speed - could be wrong.
You aren’t wrong. I’m not knocking Curry. Hes just not a burner. Not a homerun guy. Not in the SEC.

I can't wait to see him run over 300 lbers like Lynch.
Yep. Delusion at its finest. I can’t see how this fan base could POSSIBLY over inflate the skills of freshmen players enough to disappoint themselves once games are being played. There is zero objectivity. Our freshman back will be a mix of Jeremy hill and Spencer ware and marshawn Lynch and will be running over 300 lb dlinemen. He’s barely 200 lbs but yeah. All of that. Jesus.

"Looking forward to" does not imply I expect high production from him as a freshman. It will take time for him to develop.
Believe it or not, the entire fan base isn't delusional. I for one will not be dissapointed if Curry has a lackluster fr year. But that doesn't mean you can't be positive and think sky's the limit for this young man in the future.
Seeing potential is not the same as expecting greatness. Until we see him play, nothing wrong with making comparisons to other RBs' style of play. Quit making false assumptions and twisting words.
