I worked with a guy that was big into lifting weights. He had basically no other hobbies, that’s what he did. He actually started reverse dieting where he was increasing his caloric intake. He was up to almost 3000 calories a day. Now it was all chicken, veggies, etc but that’s still a lot of food. He would start losing weight if he didn’t eat.

His farts smelled like dogshit wrapped in rotten cabbage. And he would walk into a job trailer and crop dust his way down to the office all the damn time.

thats a pretty weak bulk

I’d wager most guys on a bulk in a gym (even those guys who the OP wouldn’t consider “big” or “perfect” or whatever) are eating 3000 calories.

Also, this applies to anything. You think the guys running top companies, pro athletes, etc don’t have to live lifestyles very different from normal to achieve what they do?
