Valued at $10MM+, so about $250K/year now --> would double if someone pays asking price of $20MM
-has 10 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms and an elevator...
ETA: Looks like BamaTiger got the exact amount right as I was posting

I’d have to do a little belt tightening but could probably make it work.

I'll go halfsies with you. We'll have plenty disposable income that way.

If I had to spend 10-15mm on a house, it would look nothing like that

I'll probably get downvoted, but I don't like it.
Some things about it I like, but I dislike way more.

Nice camp. Any shots of the owner's home?

Jimbo should buy it, would be a good place for recruits to hang.

Somebody will trick a professional athlete into purchasing it.
Then, that athlete will be bankrupt by age 48.

Is this considered neo-guido or classical-guido architecture?
Posted on 8/17/18 at 4:39 pm to RedRifle
No ot ballers live in Houston. We were able to find jobs in Louisiana like normal people

the taxes on my 22,000,000.00 house are $555,808.00 a year. so for a something as pedestrian as a 20 million dollar house you would only be looking at $505,280 a year in taxes
