Narcisse was going to work himself into playing time

No he wasn't, I heard from several QB coaches that the kid just flat out cant throw. It wasn't a bad loss at all he would of never played.

The kid's never caused any problems that I'm aware of, he just wants to play. I think "dodging a bullet" is pretty unfair. Who knows, he may have been a great fit for Mahzahn.

What if I did know about the situation bruh? What if I told you that Lowell’s accuracy and understanding of the playbook haven’t improved at all in 2 years? What if I told you that he had lost nearly all of his athleticism because of the knee injuries and was clocked at 4.85 in the 40, slower than McMillan and barely faster than Burrow? What if told he is routinely the worst QB in scrimmages, practice, and 7on7? Maybe, just maybe the kid ain’t good enough to cut it here. Is that really that wild?

Interesting.

Great fit for Malzahn? No. He would been behind Stidham this year and last year. With no packages put in for him.

Many great QBs had very limited duty until their last season or two.

Truth. He wasn't going to beat Stidham.

Oh well, he'll have whole recruiting process to go through again very soon. I'm sure he's learned some valuable lessons and will choose the school that's best for him. From what I've heard there have already been several D-1 schools who have reached out to him since the announcement.

They stuck by him... as did everyone else. It's not like LSU was the only school who stuck by him while all the others ditched him. Any school worth its salt will keep an offer on the table.

Reminds me of a story about Lou Holtz when he was at ND. He was recruiting Damian Peter who was one of the top OL in the country (Christian & Jason Peter were big names at Nebraska) and Damian committed to ND. Anyway he got injured and and broke his neck in a swimming accident. Holtz didn't even call to check on him, and ignored him after that. Classless move.

Just heard LN being interviewed on WWL. He said he plans on attending Mississippi Gulf Coast CC in Perkingston, MS

Last Chance U.

Then he can go be third on the depth chart at Missouri, instead of battling for a starters job at LSU.

Damn, I will never understand.

I dont get it at all, we constantly recruit these dual threat qb's and we go rite back to the pro style offense that we all know wont work under Orgeron. We fault these kids for wanting a legitimate shot at starting and call them cry babies and berate them because they are doing what they feel is best. Why post stats when you already know who you want to start? Im a real LSU fan and i want the qb that gives us the best chance to win be it throwing or running but anyone who actually thinks that Orgeron is going to bring us to the promised land is in denial. He's a good DL coach and a good recruiter but not a LSU caliber coach, maybe at Tulane.

Most likely his family. Do you know them? I do, pretty well. I'm not surprised.

I'm sure the conversation went about like this "man dog my homie, they jus don't be knowin ya skillz dogggg. they hatin on you fam, you need to shine dog. you da bes one on da team dog. these foolz are trippin dogggggg. you need to get them stack dog."

Add in another 10 offensive phrases in there and that's about the vocabulary and language style.

JUCO transfers, in general, have a very low rate of success. This article is a couple years old, but it shows that of 38 JUCO transfers to the SEC, only 12 (31%) were starters their first year. In the Big 12, only 12 of 53 (23%) were starters their first year. LINK

I get Narcisse wants to play now, but transferring to JUCO for lack of playing time I'd guess has an even lower end success rate than someone who went to JUCO due to grades or being kicked off a team for disciplinary reasons. If a guy wasn't good enough to start to begin with, going to JUCO isn't going to magically make that player more equipped to start elsewhere.

Case in point, Lindsey Scott. Was 3rd or 4th string here, goes to JUCO and puts up great numbers and wins a national title, transfers to Missouri, is now apparently 3rd on the depth chart there as well, having an absolutely dreadful spring game.

The word in SJP is he had minor grade problems. Personally don't believe that. Could be why he is going JUCO.

If one thing you are, is a 100% supporter of certain QBs, no matter what. I commend you on your dedication
