Its just like Mark Ingram. Retards will hate him no matter what he does because he was not a 1st ballot HOF day 1 and we traded up to get him. Same thing with Davenport. You could see the hate all offseason and it will only get worse.
It also happens when a player gets paid, re: Drew Brees.

No way is this even close to Ingram. That was a RB this is for a pass rusher. Those positions aren't exactly created equal.
I was in the boat of thinking they overpaid for it, but that doesn't mean I'm not happy they didn't finally draft a damn pass rusher high in the draft. They've been needing to do it forever now, and again overpaid, but they had to do it to finally address it. You're likely never going to get a chance at a guy like in FA.

I don't know about that.
we've traded up in the 1st round before and had it blow up in our faces (J.Sullivan/Sed Ellis). I don't know what else we gave up in those particular trades but i get the skepticism. I don't necessarily agree with it in this case but I could see how some are sour on it considering the media and a lot of others thought it was a lopsided trade.
plus people have shorter fuses when it comes to patience these days. High speed internet, iphones, people playing on their phones in bars, texting and driving, etc.
if people want to bitch about something they will. This is a forum you can do that on unfortunately
i've been a real bastard myself and have made plenty of ridiculous posts on here. Sometimes it was fun and sometimes it wasn't (especially in game threads) on the bad side.
