You seemingly being a Saints fan should know that isn't necessarily true. Jimmy Graham is a marginal (at best) blocker and he created mismatches all the time with the Saints. Based on how Sean Payton would line him up. Even if teams don't respect him as a blocker and run nickel/dime packages, you'll still most likely have a 5'10/6ft. db on a 6'6/6'7 te/wr(mismatch). There are formations you could run the ball with and have block where he gets safety assignment.
